the hot chocolate was fab and the toast was woo lala.
other than that, i thought the food was just average.
if i do go there again, i would be interested to try their bread basket.
this, is coming from a bread lover.

talking about bread..
i'm ABSOLUTELY loving this chocolate bagel from bread society.
omg.
i'm so craving for it!!




this was from this house of roberts blah blah in the building next to 313.
sunya said that ludi loves the crispy waffle fries with cheese and bolognese.
the food portion there was humongous.




sodas and chocolate fudge cake from the marmalade pantry.
went to check this place out because agnes said that one of its cheese cake was good.
but i'm seriously not a cheese cake person at all.

no doubt the cake looks really nice and chocolatey,
i wouldn't order this again.
it was hard as rock and those layers in between the sponge cake was way too sweet.

if you do want to give it a try,
bare in mind that a slice is big enough to serve 2-3 people.

if you've yet to catch johnny english reborn,
you ought to.
it's probably the funniest comedy i've watched so far.

the below items were impulsive purchases made by muay fan and i.
out of the blue, i decided that these makeup bags were pretty enough for me to want to order them.
surprisingly, muay fan wanted one for herself too.





these customised makeup bags are huge and can definitely hold loads of makeup.
these would come in very useful when travelling.

anyhow, you get to choose your desired:
- colour of makeup bag
- colour of the the thread for your name
- font of your name
- ribbon




i love the zebra stripes ribbon the most!

in a nutshell, i think that this is pretty worth the money especially when you get to customise it.
also, it's lined on the inside of the bag for easy cleaning.

sunya and i were in town last sunday.
after we were done with parking, we went to take the lift.

there was this couple in the lift when we entered.
seconds later, we were at level one.

the moment i stepped out of the lift,
i turned around and asked sunya "eh.. 刚才是几楼 huh?"

guess what?
she 反过来问我 "oh ya... 刚才是几楼 huh?"

my god.
we totally didn't take note of which level my car was parked at.

just then, the guy in the lift walked past and said "i think it's either 8 or 10."

omg..
super 丢脸.

in case you're curious,
it was 10.

i heard this song twice on fm933.
the first time was by 陳奕迅 and the other was by kit chan.
both were in chinese.

if you ask me, the canto version is way nicer than the chinese one.
i'm a tad addicted to this song now.

pet and i took time off to go for some shopping over at jb last week.
and of course.. to catch up on the latest gossip.
haha.

we had lunch at the causewaybay something place at ksl.
i mentioned that their curry soup in bread bowl thingy was awesome.
to be specific, it's the bread that was fab.





honestly, this dish is some what like prata with curry to me.
the bread is omg nice!!



didn't buy much because these dollywink stuff from sasa costed me 234rm.
i didn't expect them to total to this amount.
especially when they were all a couple of dollars cheaper than in sg.

anyhow, the story was that muay fan got me to check if the dollywink volume mascara was still available in jb because it's nowhere to be found here.
she couldn't stop raving about it and insisted that i had to try it.

so.. i got two when i spotted them in sasa.
at the same time, i thought i would try their falsies too.

i've tried the mascara for a couple of times.
the fact that it HARDLY smudges on me is super commendable.
also, it isn't too difficult to remove with an eye makeup remover.

as for the falsies, i shall see if i can find time to use them tomorrow.
they're like extremely long.

first off, i've got to thank becca for being super nice to help me get my stuff when she was in hk last week.
the amount of stuff i got 真不是盖的!

she wat's app-ed me while she was there and complained about how heavy my stuff were.

a brown expandable bag for myself and a short handled, small bag in grape for ma.

so now you've got a clue as to how giant it is.
mm.. width wise, it's about 80% of a regular pillow.
MEGA HUGE!

i wanted this bag mainly for future overseas trips.
imagine the amount of stuff i can dump in it.
also, this is fabulous for a trip over the weekend.

honestly, with the favourable exchange rate now,
it's mad worth to go shopping in hk.
longchamp is SO much cheaper over there.
total savings for these two bags is around 150sgd.


next up,
what else but cosmetics?



all are not available in sg except for burberry.
it's so stupid that i knew that burberry is available in tangs now only after becca had came home.

the armani eyes to kill intense eye shadows and jill stuart cheek compact are muay fan's.
so i wouldn't be featuring them here.

seriously.
this is supposed to be a pretty high end brand.
but i am so damn disappointed with the packaging!!

the pinkish purple box is a sore eye.
what's worse is that the actual packaging feels so light and cheapo!

this is the only item i've swatched so far and i must say the colour is mad awesome.
totally something i would gravitate towards and it has this very silky texture.

secret concealer in no 3.
my all time staple and i still have got 20% more to go for my current one.

tightline cake eye liner in black ebony.
i've never tried this before but it seems interesting enough.
it's somewhat a powder to liquid kind of eyeliner meant for tightlining.
[you're supposed to mix it with a bit of mixing medium or just water.]

im very into having super invisible or super obvious eyeliner nowadays.

the entire packaging feels so damn luxurious.
sorry, im bad at elaborating.
it just feels that way.

love the burberry prints on them.
so far, i've yet to 舍得 to use them.
they are just such beauties!

loose powder N in 03 shimmer.

i decided to pick shimmer from the lot of three [lucent and natural] thinking that my current mufe and laura mercier loose powder are already without shimmers.

oh my.
it really has got serious shimmers going on in the pot.
best part is the powder is clearly light pink in tone.
i've got no idea if this would make my skin looks crazy.

jill stuart smooth silk powder foundation N.
i'm not sure if i'll try this because i'm not a powder foundation person.
probably will chuck it to ma.

dejavu lasting-fine eyeliner in real back.
apparently becca was given this in some random drugstore.

this is like the cutest eyeliner i've ever seen.
in fact it's the ONLY eyeliner sample i've come across.
just so you can gauge how tiny it is,
it's about 1/2 of the length of a iphone4?

i'm saving this for the next trip to come,
whenever and wherever it is going to be.

that's that for my hk haul.
i'm super pleased with them even though 3 items were left out from my list because they were either out of stock or couldnt be found.

the downside is..
i'm so not looking forward to the card bill.

my latest phone cover which muay fan went to great ends to help me get hold of one.
she's also currently using this.
when i saw her with this, i was mad jealous and had to own one too!

previously, i was using a paul frank one.
my god.
that, was such a nightmare to remove!!
it almost broke my nail!

i swear im NEVER going to get such plastic casings ever again.
they are probably one of the most stupid designs ever.
