was out with bacca, winnie and my bro yesterday.
we specially went down to uss for this 'hollywood after hours' thingy whereby you pay $5 to visit the theme park from 7-10pm just to so called '参观' the place.

anyhow, there's a fireworks display at 10pm every friday and saturday which is just spectacular.
i'm not kidding when i say that i was literally blinded by it.
my favourite one got to be the "windmill"!

i think we're going to wait till the battlestar galactica reopens before heading there for the rides.

btw, i also got a sleep shirt from victoria's secret at rws.
it's the first store outside of US!

for once, i was very quick in deciding that this is something i want because it's the newest colour from nars fall 2010!
and it's limited edition.
and it's a neutral blush shade!
LOVELY!

even muay fan was like "yes! get the new colour! because it's NEW!"
hahaha.
in case you haven't realised, we are always discussing what to get.

by the way.
this is the only nars blush that has got the nars logo imprinted on it so far.
isn't that cool?

2. penny lane cream blush
yet another nudish shade even though it's described as nude pink on the web.
i've already swatched it before i even took the photo and i'm in love with the colour!
mad chio!

3. orgasm illuminator
this came out in the early part of the year and i was not very certain if i ought to get this because many people reviewed that this doesn't have much pigmentation.

but well.
ludi highly recommended me to get this.
so.
here it is.

indeed super super sheer.
hahaha.
will find a way to work it.

p/s: included the ruler to let you have a gauge how small the illuminator is.

4. Strada single eyeshadow
this is muay fan's, not mine.
the photo doesn't do it justice.
it's actually a very nice smoky purple with grey tones and has lots of very nice shimmers!

and.
the packaging is MEGA CUTE!!!!
damn mini lar!!!

yup.
anyhow, muay fan said that her eye shadow craze is coming back,
whereas for me, my blush craze is slowing down.

mac seriously isn't putting out collections that interest me like they did before.
in fact, those colours i've got in mind are non mac stuff.
i just have to wait for the colour that i want to be restocked online before i get back into action.
ha.

so, muay fan was like "envious" of me..
that i'm in the "no cosmetics to buy" period now.
even said that she ought to talk to me more to stop her eye shadow craze.
hahaha.

this is the second time i've purchased from there.though the stuff did take longer to reach me this time round.
but well, you've got to admit the 7.95usd flat international shipping is very tempting!

was out last friday with ma and winnie for shopping.
and we stopped by this dessert place in ion basement 4.

winnie, bacca and i went jb on sunday.
luckily it wasn't like crazily packed or something.
and we had some decent shoping done.

lunch was at this hong kong cafe on the third floor and it's endorsed by ah wang!

the malaysia mega sale is ongoing till 16th sept if i'm not wrong.

if you're interested in getting stuff from korean brands like skin food, the etude house, the face shop,
you probably will have a great haul there.
the stuff are like DIRT cheap.
we mainly hauled nail lacquers from there.

here's my recommendation.
try season's cakes.
i'm talking about those mini slices of cakes of 5/6 that comes in a box.

whenever we go jb, we would get a box each.
apparently, everyone in the family says they are nice.
and the thing is they often sell out.
so we would purchase then once we're there and pick them up just before leaving city square.

mid day, we decided to get to pelangi.
faint.
nothing much to shop.

so we decided to have classic manicures at a random shop there.
and honestly, i think it turned out to be good stuff that only costs like 33rm??

till now, the nail lacquer is still wearing well on me.

i got myself a new pair of specs.
from optical 88 in city square.

it's very geeky and somehow i apparently/literally 变笨 when i wear it.

isn't it a good thing that specs frames are getting bigger now?
love mine big no matter what the trend is.
it's damn irritating when i can hardly see stuff out of that little frame.
so, my main concern when choosing specs is that they've got to be relatively big.

oh.
something interesting.
do you know that when i came back home with these specs,
neither did my parents nor bro realise that there was something different about me?

on the other hand, some people who have seen me in my previous red specs for a couple of times went "oh. you wear specs?" when i appeared in these black ones recently?

now for what i got besides the nail lacquers and specs:

1. a mini avene thermal spring water from watsons.
been wanting it in the mini version so that i can carry around with me in my bag.

2. contact lenses.
time to stock up again.

3. SK II facial treatment essence.
i got the smallest size which is 75ml.
it's around $10 cheaper?
but of course, the cheapest would still be from the airport.

actually i tried this like 5 years ago and it wasn't exactly that 神奇.
but well, i've decided to give it a try again.
maybe it's more suitable for my "matured" skin now.

i haven't gotten around to use it because i've been staying up so late that all i want to do is to sleep after cleansing and toning.
