having slept like more than 18hrs yesterday,
i decided i should clear my entire wardrobe today.
which i finally did.

sometimes i really wonder what's the point of planning when things turn out to be way different from what they were supposed to be.

for eg: i said tt i shall try to mask everyday this week..
but. i only did that once on mon.

an "amazing" thing happened when i was tidying the wardrobe.
u've got no idea how much new stuff i've hidden in there.

so much so that i'm giving most of them to ma n pet.

the thing is.. whenever i buy clothes or whatsoever, i always dump them into the wardrobe coz i don't want ma to see them..
if not she will niam n stuff..

when i told pet that, she went "now very good lor.. not only she sees them now, she confiscates them too."

was really nervous abt the class lar..
i mean.. suddenly i had to deal with such an old student.
but.. it turned out a lot better than expected.
much easier to teach.

this little girl from my grp class made me some nonsense yest.
when i asked what it was, she said it's a magic wand.

this morning, had to wake up early again to go buy ingredients and then head over to muay fan's place to bake pineapple tarts again.
we were a lot more efficient than we were the other day.

when we were done, we chiong down to bugis yet again to shop.
honestly, some times town can be really hopeless man.

long before the concert, i've already thought that he's real talented.

anyhow, tt day, there was this couple sitting 2 rows ahead of us.
n both of them had light sticks and were waving it.
the guy, had no sense of coordination and rhythm man..

it's like the entire crowd was waving their light sticks, so just by looking at how people waved, somehow, u will just wave yours in that same pace, just maybe in the different direction.

but.. this guy..
for almost the entire concert, was waving it in this really off manner.
couldn't help but to be very amused by his waving.
really wanted to laugh lo..

finally, for the last couple of songs, he managed to wave it correctly.
but.. it was the gf's turn now.
wah.. what an interesting couple man.

agnes saw me at the concert then and she said that my hair is very long now!

my schedule for this week is very screwed up lo..
practically changed everything.

went out with deb yest and seriously not much 收获..
partly i was kinda tired to shop for hope.

tmr got to wake up super early to go over muay fan's place to help her make pineapple tarts.
and all i had to contribute is my 劳力, 2 tart cutters and a big bottle to tabao my share back home!
hahaha..

after which, got to head for town for a hair cut and there's still ma class at night.

thur will be gg out with pet for some shopping.
am surprised that she's willing to wait for me to finish my piano lesson before continuing shopping again.

aren't exactly feeling happy that all those long lost friends suddenly call up one by one.

the other day, this 某人 called and told me he was like somehow trying to update his phone list and started blabbering on n on abt stuff that i totally have no interest in.

i bought a pair of nice fitting gloves sometime back online.
it isn't those type u wear during winter.
it's those to be worn at night, after u apply the hand cream for maximum absorption of it.

again, i do not know why..
the next morning when i wake up, the gloves will always not be on my hands.
instead, they're on the floor or the bed.

very interesting man...

jay's concert was...
AWESOME!!!!!

i shall not go into much details today coz i'm like talking to xf on the phone.

his singing is superb.
hearing him live is really a big time enjoyment and really will 听出耳油哦!
that's to me, u can beg to differ though.

my photo taking skill got improve slightly alright!
despite me siting lots further away from the stage.

i was complaining to bai baba about me having to work and yet not getting whatever i deserve.
surprisingly, he agreed and even thought i should just quit and be a literal full time student.

somehow, i found the chance to talk to ma abt what i intend to do in the future.
she didn't say much abt it and i think she should be fine with it.

the piano tuner came over to tune the piano this morning.
didn't realise tt my piano is already 11 yrs old.
omg.

really feel like changing one..
but a made in germany upright piano is like 10K- 20K.
those that are at the lower end of 10k are those that are smaller in size.
it isn't as if i'm a small kid.. but a smaller one for what?
slightly smaller, i also mind!

the tuner was telling me of this grand piano tt only costs like 7k+.
i was like.. sure or not?
how can that be?

turned out, it's probably the worst deal on earth.
it's made in china and also smaller than the standard grand piano.
oh please.

but then again, what's the point of changing when in the near future, many kids are highly likely to be banging on it?
super not worth it.

a high end piano should only be for my personal use.
not any one else's.

yest i went to collect the cakes with becca at lana.
we ordered 2 0.75kg choco cake and there were orange cakes on sale, so we got 1 of those as well.
godma gave us a small fruit cake as well..

it didn't make any difference.

besides the commission part, i'm super buay song abt the payment.

so i had to take a cab there.

the 3 best things that happened:
1. i got a gong gong cabby, who apparently wasn't sure of the way and he 绕到~~ so freaking far away before we were finally on bke.
2. there was super heavy traffic.
3. there was the fabulous peak hr surcharge.

i could imagine my face turning blacker n blacker as i sat in the cab.
by the time i finally reached sch, the fare was like $23+?

only had $70 with me.
and that gong gong cabby had no change for $50.
so too bad.. he just had to accept my other $20.
serve him right for going the longer route.

think lao niang is some 路痴..
sorry... my sense of direction happened to be pretty gd.

as for ma class, i thought i will just have one more test to go for the year..
turned out tt i was very wrong!

in fact, i have to complete 28 budgeting qns by next week and yet another set of 50 decision making qns by the end of the mth.

fyi: he takes like 2 hrs to go through 4 decision making qns, so imagine how long i would take to do FIFTY of them myself.

totally crazy to state that we have to write btw 2000- 2500 words for it.
i only managed a 1700 and i've already done my very best at crapping.

ordered choc cake from lana coz most of us didn't get to eat my great granny's bdae cake the other time.
so decided to get one for ah ma's bdae which is gg to be this coming sat!

anyhow, i know that i did mention that i shall be nice to sponsor my bro to jay's concert.
but the thing is, gerry called and told me that she got 2 tickets from her friend and tt means my bro can't go anymore.

i did ask him if he minds.. but he said it's okay.
i know i'm being very mean..
n i'm feeling pretty bad.

becca said she thought it was fine of me to go ahead without him.

yes.. so i've decided i shall be going with gerry on that day.

seemed like mrs ang had "enlightened" me yest and now the piece appeared to be a lot easier and manageable than imagined.

i love pieces that are rubato in nature.
it's just way too~~ nice and has so much feel in them.

no doubt, i admit that im always looking forward to going for piano lessons in prelude [yes to all those who know.. it's that reason], i hate those lessons scheduled on friday.

i cant stand this particular student i have.
gosh..
it's like.. everytime, without fail, she will whine super loudly, in this super er xin tei voice, practically throughout the class "teacher...... cannot... very difficult..."

if everything also "can", then you don't need to be have already.
and you won't be calling me 'teacher'.

what's worse?
when her mum ask me abt her conduct, i've got to say things like "oh.. she's doing fine in class."

there's another kid whose father is like so demanding.
the kid just started learning piano for barely 2 mths and the father kept asking me if i've taught him how to skip from 1 octave to the next.
mind u.. this kid is a total beginner.

possible to skip from 1 octave to the next or not, you tell me...
can play 'do re mi fa so', already considered very gd le.

come to think of it, of my 3 students on friday, the only one i really like most is megan.
she's like freaking cute and learns things very fast.
just by singing, she can get what i want, in terms of notes and timing.

but so sad..
her mum is getting her to go to another music sch.
so i'm ending up with a horrible friday night.

i simplify dao~~ now i also simplify my own pieces..

because i only use this when i'm not feeling that lazy to remove makeup.

yes.. so deb says i must be feeling lazy most of the time.

you know what?
recently, i've been sharing some of my ideas and thoughts with close friends.
i do not know why,
but they all seemed to be shocked that i've such mentality in me.

*shrugs*
i really thought i was normal and seriously don't see anything wrong with it.
it's probably that people never see this side of me before.

new yr eve's family gathering was, again, more enjoyable than expected.

my bro n those cousins his age went fishing for prawns at the fishing village in the afternoon.
and they caught a grand total of 3 prawns in 3 hours, spending about $30.
best part is all 3 prawns were caught by the same person.

the food wasn't too bad and i did help to bbq towards the end..
not tt i volunteered myself..
it's like you'll get so~~ stinky after a bbq lar.
hence, i always steer clear of the bbq pit whenever i go for a bbq.

anyhow, we spent the last hr of the yr trying to catch mini fishes in the 2 small ponds just next to the chalet.
obviously, they weren't meant to be caught.. just for the purpose of beautifying the place.
but we did pour them back into the pond eventually.

seriously..
our family has indeed come alot closer together despite without my grandparents.
i thought the whole family will 散去 after they both leave for a better place.
people do learn to treasure stuff only after something major happen to them.


though today is the 1st day of the new yr,
it's probably the worst new yr i've been through.
coz i had to drown myself with the damn ma assignment tt's like due tmr.

and the conclusion is, i shall just take mc tmr and hand it up next week.
totally have no idea how to churn up an essay of at least 2000 words.
i had only a grand total of 411 just b4 i saved the file and closed the window.

what's more?
there's still gg to be a ma test this mth.
and i forgot which topics will be tested.
