the other day when pet n i went for markusan's party, i was sabotaged to play this game which was to guess the title and the artiste of the song being played. and damn. it was all ENGLISH songs.

anyway, that morning, i woke up damn early just to go over to deb's place to help her with the scrapbook present for mark.

hahaha. i shall watch it again soon, since i can hardly remember what it's about.
according to debbie, one would cry like mad over the show.

i just finished watching the movie 'ps i love u'. and i cried and cried and cried.
omg. it's just so touching.
somehow i'm glad that i didn't go to cinema and watch it. it wld have been damn paiseh for me to cry and blow my nose non stop in there.

闷到发霉~
哇. 老娘真的闷到发霉. and it has only been like 2 days.
i've been watching shows, reading books.. and i'm so damn bored of them now!
i even ventured into watching movies online. fyi: 老娘 doesn't like to watch movies at home. don't you think having to sit down and watch for like at least 1.5hr is such a torture? so.. it's more likely that i catch a movie in the cinema or i just skip it.
at least i'm meeting muay fan tmr. but the best part is i don't even know if she remembers about it coz we agreed on it like 2 days ago? her phone is like screwed up and doesn't seem to receive msges. = =
whatever.
another thing has been bothering me like hell. my 该死的cough. this damn cough has been bugging me for more than a month already! i'm not talking about those mild type of cough.. mine is those like going to cough the whole lungs out already.
i've been to the dr twice. finished the 2 bottles of cough syrup and ... 1 was the black one, the other was the red one. but none seemed to be strong enough?
nvm.. muay fan got the cough from me and according to her, she also 咳的死去活来 when her mum made her this 罗汉果 drink. apparently, she drank it for atmost 5 times and she was totally cured.
so she gave me a whole box of this 罗汉果 thingy to 泡. after drinking for more than 10 times, i gave up. no use at all.
then. i saw the woods cough mixture advertisement on the tv and thought perhaps i ought to try that. again. useless.
then. ma couldn't take my coughing anymore, she went to consult her friends who recommended her this particular cough solution. and i'm currently trying it out for the 3rd time. omg. that smell is 臭到~~~~~~
it was the exact same smell of this drink ma gave me when i had a persisting fever when i was young. 一闻到就想吐!!!! and ma still insisted that the smell is so nice and she loves it.
love it huh? then finish the whole bottle!!
算了.. 我忍!!! it had better work for me lor.. i'm so tired of my parents complaining that i'm coughing damn loudly.

the entry that i've been wanting to post since saturday! becca finally emailed me the pictures.
the story goes like this...
on friday night, javier accidently got his finger kiap by the door. and there was a big fuss over it.
ask yourself. what would you do if your finger/toe got kiap by the door?
my first instinct would be to scream. duh?
then if it's like bleeding or somehow? put plaster lo..
right or not? logical?
but. dear ah ma rushed javier down to the nearby clinic?!!
omg. when we all knew about it, we really laughed dao peng.
yes.. we know it's damn painful... but 有严重到要去看医生吗?? a bit 太过头了吧?
the doctor bandaged his poor finger which was bleeding and even told him to come back to 复诊 on sunday? damn dumb lar.
anyway.. saturday was the usual family day for us. winnie, becca and i went town to get winnie's birthday present. she took so long to decide that she wants the bobbi brown tinted moisturizer.
as we passed by this particular cake shop [don't know how to spell its name] in taka's basement one, i saw that longan cake again.
it's like everytime i see it, i would have the urge to buy, but always failed to do so.
so.. that day we decided to buy the cake, just because i was too tiam jiat. hahaha.
and we brought it back ah ma's place, saying that we bought the cake to 祝 javier 的手指早日康复. hahaha.. very mean hor?
i mean.. 自己贪吃就算了, 还硬说是特地买来祝 javier 的手指早日康复.
anyhow.. he was damn happy that we bought the cake.. as in.. the part that he gets to the cake.. afterall he's the lead.

i've been wanting to blog since saturday. but i can't! because becca has yet to send me the photos that i want.
if you do remember, 老娘is currently back to using her panasonic phone and loading photos from that phone is just damn mafan. so i might as well quit using its phone camera and let becca do the job.
but. the thing now is.. she hasn't send me the photos! just two and she is taking so damn long.
as for what photos. just look out for them when i post them up here. in the meantime, i shall hurry her.
i just complained to pet a few minutes ago about this "argument" with this friend, X. nothing serious.. but i just got to let someone know about it.
it isn't that i'm forever complaining or that i'm so unpleased with life and things around me. perhaps, it's just that you guys do have some slight unpleasure frequently, but don't have the need to 发泄 like me.
for me, it's like everything also must tell someone. get?
anyway.. after olympics ended on sunday, i'm back to my com, watching shows and dvds.
quite sad that it ended already, and the next time is like 4 years from now. 有够久的.. *sigh*

guess what?? i'm finally going to TRIM my hair after 6 months [ie. half a year].
was joking with winnie that alvin [the hairdresser] is going to be like.. 'omg.. your hair is such a disaster!! hair is out of shape, fringe is like crap, colour also like nonsense!'
even i myself also buay tahan. so heading for a cut or rather trim before piano lessons tonight.

anyway, i had a really terrible time at my own piano lesson this morning. of course, i must admit that i didn't practise much lar. my piano is in a mmm.. 半退休阶段. just too lazy.
what happened was i was forced to "stayback" and practised. was there for like 2.5 hours when the usual class is an hr? and i had to play slightly more than 1 page for like at least 20 times? note: it's at least.
really drove me mad. and i just told my piano teacher honestly that i'm on the verge of 吐白沫.
argh.
later at prelude, i've got like an hr break. i better remember to bring my hanon book to practise during the break.
rachel is too busy giving extra lessons to dora who needs a miracle to pass her grade 8 exam in sept. hence, i end up having nothing much to do. so.. practise lo....

i forgot to mention how proud i was of myself on sunday. i actually told this student's mum firmly that i'm NOT going to do any makeup class for her.
this is definitely a feat for me alright! i've been working in prelude for almost a year and i've never not do makeup classes before. that parent really drove me till a point that i had to say NO.
got no idea if you would understand the whole picture, but the story goes like this..
before july, the school had this calendar given out to all students and those highlighted dates meant there is no lesson.
after july, the school revised its school fees and a NEW calendar was given out. it was attached to a letter informing the parents we are revising fees and also the new list of fees.
yes. so every teacher was supposed to give that out to his students. and 老娘confirmed gave that to ALL her students.
anyway. then came the fateful 10th aug. in the old calendar, it was reflected as school holiday. but not in the new calendar.
so this idiotic mum thought there was no classes for both her daugthers. [one is with me, the other is learning guitar from edwin.]
the following week, they turned up with the mum asking for make up lessons. duh?
and that arse actually got the cheeks to say she didn't have the new calendar at all?!!
please lor.. even if 老娘 didn't give out to her student, edwin would also have given to her sister right?? and if that arse didn't get the letter, how did she know about the revised fees??
she said it was very unfair to them blah and blah. then is it fair that edwin and i are expected to make up for the mistake of yours??!
BIG FAT HOPE!!
no way i'm going to relent, i tell you. she can go complain to lori/rosy for all i care. if lori/rosy comes calling me to makeup for her, i'm going to tell her "you can makeup for her if you want."
she can also request for a change of teacher for her daughter. i don't give a damn. 女儿那么难教, 妈妈那么难搞.. 老娘才不希罕!!
i would probably clap and cheer damn loudly if she does that.

the moment i woke up this morning, i had the tv on. it was athletics events.
then flipped through newspapers.. liu xiang was scheduled to be in for heats.
yea!! finally can see him in action. supposedly live somemore!
had my eyes glued to the tv, only to have him withdrawing in the end. = =
REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
i mean.. yesh.. i know.. his leg injury... but still...
immediately msg muay fan and she said that those spectators looked so disappointed. i was like.. pls lor.. i sat at home, a couple of hrs of flight away from beijing, and i already felt disappointed enough.

it turned out that i terrorised muay fan for atmost an hr with my nonsense. and she bombarded me with more than an hr about the olympics??
she's really damn into it lar. she can like explain to me how one competitor gets his score for like diving, artistic gymnastic or how there are many ways of breaststroke for swimming?

talking about olympics. my heart goes out to that hungarian weightlifter. gosh. that must have hurt like crazy!!!!
moving on. i told muay fan about bumping into ben the other day. ben is my primary school friend.
so i told her.. 'you know that day i bump into my primary school friend?' blah blah. and it turned out she knows who he is?
it's amazing how she even knows my primary school friend? and this is definitely not the first one she knows.
we went for the stupid 12 lotus movie. damn rubbish lar. it's like a freaky 2 hours and it's very boring.
okay. perhaps it was too artistic. that's why dumb asses like us couldn't appreciate it.
total waste of time.
next. i intended to like sleep after blogging yesterday right? but i ended up being on the phone with pet till like close to 1am?

totally related
the other day, winnie, my bro and i were on our way to tampines mall for some random shopping before the 蘇打綠 concert.
then. we bumped in winnie's friend.
guess what that friend 'feed back' to her?
he claimed that the way the 3 of us walk is totally the same!! haha. i've never realised that.
the way her friend describe things is like so 夸张. he said that just by looking at the way we three walk, anyone can tell that we are related. = =
so i suppose the way becca walks is identical as well.
anyhow, it's like sometimes i do find some striking resemblance with becca and my mum.
for eg:
- when i 脸黑, i find myself looking like becca. - when i have my fringe cut short, im a bigger version of my mum.
very 恐怖 you know? like how we can all look so similar..
alright. it's okay if you don't know what i'm driving at.
btw. i didn't get to terrorise muay fan this afternoon coz something happened at home [muay fan i mean ].

the mr carrot story~
i seriously don't get it leh. what's so funny about the 吞剑 photos??
that pet just can't seem to stop laughing over them leh. she told me last night that she couldn't stop laughing in front of her com. and this morning, she told me she thought about them on the bus and almost burst out laughing again?
even debbie told me the 吞剑photos are the funniest of the lot. = =
anyway.. that's not the 重点 of this post. the 重点 is about this 传说中的 mr carrot.
pet told me that she was talking to mr carrot last night and he asked if 'WE wannna meet for coffee'. so i thought.. wah.. FINALLY he ask pet out for coffee.

why am i dragged into the picture?? i'm not even in contact with mr carrot and got absolutely nothing to talk over coffee.
i thought it would most likely turned out to be another rat race incident which took place eons ago. am i like dumb to let that happen again?

蘇打綠's concert was on last night. winnie, my bro and i had a hell lot of fun. i must say it's the most entertaining concert so far and very valued added.
when we were making our way to max pavilion, winnie pointed out that many were donning green.
i was like.. ya hor.. why i never thought of wearing green ar? nvm. my toe nails are green!! hahahaha!
anyhow, we must have been a little crazy because we bought tickets when we were only aware of the existence of 小情歌. [though we only bought the cheapest tickets.] so we were like wondering what came over us.
BUT.
it was all worth it. super high.
some references:
小猪's concert: as usual, those in the front seats were high, standing up almost through out the concert, waving lightsticks and all. those at the back got their butts stuck to their seats.
周杰伦's concert: everyone didn't seem to be that high and crazy. back row people were just listening with their ears.
蘇打綠's concert: front seaters were high. back seaters including us were ALSO very high.
please. we. as in all three of us. yes. including my bro, who is like 沉默 for 80% of his life, stood most of the time, waving lightsticks, screaming blah blah.
and. now comes the 重点. we all stood on the chairs for the last 1 hr of the concert? along with other crazy people as well.
hahaha. get the picture now?
it was THAT high and fun. despite the facts that none of us were fans.
拜托.. we only know the band is made up of 青峰 and this 馨意 only. the rest of the members?? don't know who they are.. hahaha
anyhow, there was this part 青峰 came down and walked around the audience. i tell u. winnie and i 简直疯了.
we screamed like hell, waved to him like crazy. like super excited and happy.
best was.. after all this commotion, i turned and asked winnie: " 你这么兴奋作什么? 他是你的偶像啊?"
after like 5 seconds, she shook her head and we both laughed like mad.
alright. listening to those songs live was like super shiok. super get? best was the concert ended like close to midnight.
and i must say that 青峰 is really very 娘. but i like!! absolutely love it.
hahaha.. so 可爱~~~~! wouldn't mind having a very 娘, but also very 可爱 boyfriend. i swear okay!
however, sorry to disappoint all. no pictures for this entry. *shrugs*
too high to take pictures already. be understanding alright? i was trying to balance myself on the chair. hahahahahaha!!!!!
